My goal is to try to keep the board as lax as possible, but your freedoms, by definition, are something I cannot control. Therefore I am trusting your judgement on what you use this board for. I have given you a voice here, but if you abuse my trust I'll shut the board down for everyone. I'm sure I speak for all of you when I say that this isn't something I want to do, but I refuse to be held liable for anything that I didn't do. If the forum grows to such a girth that I cannot oversee everything that goes on, I will appoint more mods until the member mod ratio is sufficient enough that we can keep my ass covered. Please bear in mind that this isn't in regards to anyone specific, but I have recently been informed that by law I CAN in fact be held liable for anything illegal that happens as a result of this board. Thanks for reading, and hopefully understanding.
